emergency call break ins it used to be that you could do these for free and end up talking for a few minutes. now emergency call break ins cost money whether you are at home or at a payphone. the upside is that it is an easy way to disrupt communications for your favorite target.

call your targets number and make sure it is busy. then dial the operator and tell her you have been trying to reach somebody and you want to do an emergency break in on their line. operators never ask what the emergency is but it is always good to sound worried or in a hurry.

the operator will ask for the number you want to break in on and then you will either hear what happens or the operator will put you on hold while she breaks in and says “will you give up the line for an emergency break in from ______?”

sometimes they will just connect and ask whoever to get off the line and wait for an emergency call. different operators do different things.

its as if they all have their own rule books.
